LESS WATER

Save & Recover water during the Finishing process

Since the fabric are made by The Loop® yarns, that implies less use of chemicals, a reduction of GHG, CO2 emissions.

This reduces the water consumption by about 15 liters per shirt and releases no toxic chemicals in the water.

To avoid wastewater contamination, the mill counts with a water treatment plant which also recovers and reuse around of 20% of its water.

LESS RESOURCES

Recycled Materials reducing the use of Virgin Fibers

Increasing the volume of cutting recycled waste up to 40%, we guarantee less use of new raw materials in products in same percentage.

All the steps prior to spinning processes are non-existent, having removed from the equation processes such as: farming, collection, transportation, machinery, water, landfills, or similar.

LESS CHEMICALS

Reduce the impact of dying process

OUR INDUSTRY

Our factories are the reason we can do what we love.

Waste Collection, Sorting and Disassembling

Catalonia, Spain

Social Project

The Foundation promote and enforce the rights of people with intellectual disabilities, accompany them in their vital process of adaptation, growth and social inclusion.

Shredding Process

Tangier, Morocco

By using mechanical methods, collected garments, textile waste and/or obsolete inventory, items are sorted by color and stripped into smaller particles.

Spinning process

Catalonia, Spain

From a eco-design mindset, we create a new unique melange yarn, The Loop®, from textile waste and blended with sustainable materials such as organic cotton, Tencel®, recycled polyester, and RefibraTM.
